          The following terms and conditions are common for all scheduled trips.

• Upon booking the scheduled tour we demand 40% of deposit payment one month prior to the tour date; the final balance should be paid 7 days in advance.

• The payment can be made either by the bank transfer or by a credit card.

• In case of insufficient number of travelers the scheduled trip will be cancelled and all participants will be immediately informed about the cancellation 20 days before the start of a tour.

• In case of tour cancellation all pre-paid deposits will be refunded excluding the bank transfer fee, 20 days before the tour.

• On each scheduled trip at least the minimal number of travelers should be gathered.

• Further details concerning the tour itinerary, number of minimal travelers, number of existing travelers, tour price and discounts could be found in the description of particular scheduled trips.

• If any of the participants will cancel the tour during the 20 days prior to the start date of the tour, we reserve the right to retain the pre-paid deposit (40%) as the cancellation charge.
